Bring your knees to your chest, taking them with your hands in order to stretch the vertebral column. Repeat 10 times.
Bring your right knee to your chest, leaving your left leg flat on the carpet. Repeat with the other leg.
Discopathy
The term "discopathy" indicates the disease that affects the intervertebral discs and takes place when the discs of the vertebral column appear slightly crushed or have a reduced thickness.
Excessive strains and prolonged postures lead to continuous compressions of the vertebral column, causing a reduction in the water content of the fibrous ring with consequent reduction in thickness.
Generally, there is no cause for alarm, unless a diagnostic examination detects forms of disc hernias or substantial thickness reductions.
During a night's rest, the pulposus nuclei rehydrate and gain back their original thickness. If, however, the strains on the vertebral column are excessive and repeated, the disc undergoes a quick aging process, giving rise to a discopathy.
In this case, regularly performing preventive postural exercises (see some exercises) helps prevent and cure the problem of discopathy.
MyBack is an optimal preventive and curative instrument for disc decompression because the posture we assume allows an acceleration of liquids in the intervertebral discs of the lumbar region.
